Tackled 1800m last time in open class and finished fourth. Extra trip is a plus and has the claim and inside draw. Expected to fire. JOHNNIE PINCH (1) was a BM68 winner last time over a mile after a string of solid runs over shorter trips. Has placed 3/4 this course and distance though and gets back out in journey now in winning form. Can measure up. CAPTAIN MORGAN (4) was a big winner over 2400m at Longford, scoring by four lengths. Tougher here but will be strong over the journey and can measure up again. JUDGE JENNI (7) got home hard to score a narrow win over 1650m on the synthetic at Devonport.
