JUST WALTER JOHN (1) is a lightly raced gelding on resumption who has impressed at the trials coming in. A host of gear changes this time in work suggests he's a more raceable commodity now. He's shown glimpses of his talent through his career thus far, and now he looks set to put it all together. MAYTHISBETHEONE (7) hasn't raced since the Supremacy Stakes in March where she was well beaten after leading the field up. That 2YO form has worked out well, though suspect she's had a slight issue since then. That's the query, but her recent trial was solid and she's got some runs on the board. DUST ASIDE (3) wasn't far away as fave fresh before being outclassed in Saturday grade most recently. Back to this level looks ideal third-up and he can play a leading role. EIGHTYSEVEN LAD (5) has shown some promising signs at the trials and a forward showing is expected on debut. WRITTEN WORDS (2) should be better for the fresh effort and can improve.

Has shown plenty of class in his career thus far and this shapes as a winning opportunity.
