OUR GIRL STELLA (1) had been racing in honest fashion recording two placings in a row before finishing sixth (31.02) at Q Parklands latest. Will give the top chances plenty to think about. MOCKERY MIRAGE (2) has been beaten for early speed lately, last time finishing sixth (20.34) in a Grade 6 at Capalaba. Can do much better this time. NOT HALF BAD (3) was well supported last time but could only manage second (29.98), beaten 1.3 lengths. Didn't win last time but still ran one of the quickest times on the card. Overdue and gets his chance.
