EL CONQUEROR NZ (7) produced a good effort at his latest appearance to get home by a narrow margin over 2240m at Swan Hill on October 31. Meets a similar line up so he can keep the ball rolling. ALDEBARAN BROOKE (10) continued the solid form after a minor placing at Geelong two starts ago when third last time out after she led and battled on well at Melton over 2240m. This doesn't look as hard so she is in the right race to find winning form. IM ABOVE THE LAW (2) is a great chance after a string of sound recent performances, the latest a solid fifth at Stawell over 2600m. Hard to find fault. FAITH FULL (4) found form and scored two runs back then came back to earth when she broke and finished a long last over 1720m at Melton. Facing a tougher assignment but a big run is possible if her race manners improve.
