He won his maiden at his second start when last seen at Geelong, appreciating the rise to 1500m there to come away late and score by a long neck. back slightly in trip here is interesting but he should prove hard to hold out once more. SAVANNAH CHILL (9) has been okay in two runs back and will be better for them. She's still very lightly raced and can improve now. NORWOODS (1) put in a poor one last time at Mornington at $2.90 but had been in rock solid form prior and should bounce back to form which has him in the finish. BETWITCHERY (2) hasn't really fired in two runs back but is better than that and could improve quickly. MISS KASEI (12) is going okay and an each way hope.
