Well served by this barrier and he owns a good record at this circuit and distance so looks well placed to return to the winners' list. JILLIBY NITRO (7) was outclassed in the Hunter Cup last start but that was his third successive attempt at Group 1 level and there was merit in the others, highlighted by a fourth in the Cranbourne Cup. This is a much more suitable assignment. TRIPLE EIGHT NZ (4) is another that has been tackling the big guns and he had a tough draw in the Hunter Cup.
