Belterra Park Race 5

1m Stakes

Prize Money: $18,678

SELAH (5) was beaten for speed on debut last start then worked home honestly to finish fourth over 1006m at this track (Turf). Has upside and can open her account. VANGUARDIAN (3) is a two-year-old colt who was purchased for USD $ 25,000 (Keeneland - USA 2024 November Breeding Stock Sale). Top jockey Yarmarie L Correa aboard. Look for forward showing in this field, one of the chances. THUNDER TOWN (1) missed the placings two runs back then improved last start but found one better over 1673m at Belterra Park, beaten 4 lengths after being in contention on the turn. Looks well placed so expect another big run. ATI DUDE (4) was in contention on the corner and finished second last start at the first run back from a spell over 1006m at Belterra Park (Dirt), beaten 2.75 lengths. Will benefit from that outing. Placed to advantage and can feature in the finish.
