PRIME DIRECTIVE (2) Won by 2 1/2L last start at this venue and gets a favourable alley. Have to respect the recent stable form but facing a stronger group of contenders. Winning claims. AMERICAN FARMER (5) Was agonizingly close last time at Century Mile and will appreciate the drop in class. Has good tactical speed and will be nicely positioned. Down in trip. One of the major hopes. VECTOR (1) Good performance to run into 2nd last run here and has the ideal alley. Antonio Whitehall and Gonzalo Anderson show promise as a combination. Prominent showing expected and won't be far off them. DEAL EM (4) Made up ground when 4th last run around here. Performing impressively since returning from a spell. Must be considered.

Showed promise when winning by 2 1/2L last start here and can find a nice position from the draw. Kimal Santo has multiple wins aboard but matched against tougher rivals. Well respected contender.

Weakened to finish 7th last run here but lining up against easier rivals. Struggling this preparation with no placings from 6 attempts and dropping back to a shorter trip. Not very reliable.

Competed in a tight contest last time at Century Mile and up against a less competitive field. Should muster plenty of early speed. In top form this campaign. Seriously worth strong consideration.
