ESPOIR (7) has been in super consistent form recently with two minors on end before missing the frame latest finishing fourth (34.66) at this track. Has a good record here including five wins. Strong form has emerged from her last run. Worth another chance. BLUE STORM (4) was an impressive winner last time in quickest of the meeting when scoring by 4 lengths (31.10) at Ballarat. This tougher but expected to be in the finish. ASCEND GERANIUM (5) was an impressive winner last time in quickest of the meeting when scoring by 5 lengths (34.58) at The Meadows. Harder here but expected to measure up. BRINDLE SURPRISE (1) was a winner two back and strongly fancied last time but could only manage fifth (35.51) at The Meadows. Goes well out of this box with a win and four minor placings.
