Romford Bags Race 8

Bark And Dash Stakes

Prize Money: $848

PARADISE CLOVER (2) went down narrowly last time, finishing a neck second behind Blackburny Storm in 24.49 and recording a new PB this course and distance. Has the ability and expected to go close. ELVIS BAY (4) turned in a plain performance last time when fifth at this track over 400m behind Links Viper (25.45) in an A3. Placed at his previous run. Strong form has emerged from his last run. Can figure in the finish. DROOPYS MA (5) jumped from the same trap last time when a 1.75 lengths third (36.47) at this track over 575m. Should be in this for a long way. DIDIER DOGBA (1) with some luck can improve on an unplaced run last time here.

Below his best last time over 400m at this track (25.22) in an A4, finishing 10 lengths away in fifth. Strong record at this track and trip with seven wins and five placings from 21 starts. Looks one of the chances.

Turned in a better effort over 575m at this track last start, finishing third behind Snoopys Star in a S4. Worked home well on that occasion and should be closing well again. Looks a solid contender.
