Delta Downs Race 3

Mdn Special Weight

Prize Money: $61,782

PERFECT TEMPO (2) was out of the money when resuming from a spell last start over 1006m at Evangeline Downs Turf, beaten 19 lengths. Steps up a level but she is fitter and capable of running a bold race. PRINCESS PEACH (7) is a three-year-old filly who is having her first run for the Joaquin E Garza barn. Hasn't raced since finishing fourth at Lone Star Park (Dirt) four months ago. Not seen at the trials but is in a nice race. Among the leading chances. TRUPEG'S DYNASTY (10) is a three-year-old filly on debut from the stable of Allen Landry. By Country Day from Trupeg. Respect any positive move in betting. RUN NORMA RUN (6) was never really a threat when resuming last start over 1408m at this track (Dirt), finishing 29 lengths from the winner in eighth. Expected to do far better this time.
