Horsham Race 3

Crymelon Kennels

Prize Money: $3,360

INGA JOHNNY (8) turned in a better run last time to find a minor placing (23.37) at this track behind Poetic Star in a Grade 4/5. Has the early speed to land on the pace and can stick on. Form from his last run is proving strong. Key chance in this line up. GROOT BALE (4) has missed the placings at his last couple but was in the money three back when second (25.46) at Warrnambool in a Grade 5. Can improve sharply here. NO IRON TEAM (2) has missed the frame at last two runs but could not have been more impressive the run prior in her slick 27.21 win at this track over 485m. Top win three back and rates a key player again. THORKILDSEN (5) is always hard to beat when drawn in this box.

Missed the frame latest (29.60) when eighth over 510m at Sale in a Grade 5. Goes very well from the draw boasting three victories and two places from eight starts. Has ability and should be around the money.

Comments

Missed the frame last time but was in the minors two on end prior to that, the most recent when second (24.40) at big odds over 435m at Sale. Has a solid record off the tricky draw but prefer the place this line-up.

Comments

Has shown little speed out of the boxes and drifts back in his races. Last start finished sixth over 600m at The Meadows, beaten 14 lengths. Can't recommend him in this.
